Upper Reaches

In January the PCC agreed on a new set of Partners in Mission for the coming three years. Each year we give a set amount to our Partners in Mission, we pray for them and seek to learn from what God is doing in and through them.

We are delighted to introduce formally, Upper Reaches, as one of our Partners in Mission. Upper Reaches' founder is a member of B&A, Colette Bewley. This is a Christian outpost of prayer, fellowship and witness in the heart of Temple Quay that has been running for five years. In October 2017 Temple Quay found a physical home in the shape of a barge moored on the waters right in the centre of Temple Quay.

Colette is ably assisted by a team of people. Already groups of people meet to pray at different times in the week on the barge, which is a beautiful space. With 20,000 people in close proximity, they have an amazing opportunity to build something that can transform such an influential part of the city of Bristol, and indeed the region.

 A beautiful, prayerful space.

It was a joy to meet with her and Victor to consider their next steps and to pray for God's wisdom. Please join in those prayers as they seek to shine God's light and love into the lives of the people of Temple Quay.
