We’d love you to be part of the family here at B&A, and a great way of getting involved is to serve on a team. Whether you're an expert in something, or have never done it before, we'd love you to join us serving the church and our city. Take a look at some of the teams available or let us know if there’s another way you would like to use your time and skills.

Kids Church takes a brilliant team. If you’d love to help children have fun, feel at home, discover Jesus and grow in faith, there are lots of ways to get involved.

Our Youth Team helps create a place where young people can belong, make friends, ask questions, meet with God and grow in faith. If you care about young people and would love to encourage them as they follow Jesus, we’d love to hear from you

Our Welcome Team helps people feel at home from the moment they arrive. From saying hello at the door to serving drinks and helping people find their way, it’s all about making church feel warm, friendly and easy to step into.

We want our worship to help people meet with God and keep Jesus at the centre. If you sing, play an instrument or have experience helping lead worship, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Production Team helps make Sundays work behind the scenes! From sound and screens to lighting and tech. You don’t need to know everything already; we’re happy to train people who want to get involved.

Our Prayer Ministry Team is there to pray with people during our Sunday gatherings. If you’d love to help others make space for God and receive prayer, we provide training and support to help you get started.

Our Media team helps capture the life of B&A through photos and content so we can share what God is doing in our church and community. If you enjoy photography or capturing content, we’d love to have you on the team.
