Following Jesus means looking beyond ourselves.
We want to play our part in what God is doing locally and around the world. We do that by making a difference in the lives of others, sharing the good news of Jesus, serving people in practical ways and supporting work that brings hope, justice and lasting change.

Piglets is our weekly baby and toddler group, creating a friendly space for little ones to play and parents and carers to connect. The team helps with welcoming, serving refreshments, setting up activities and making people feel at home. It’s a great place to serve if you enjoy families, conversation and creating a warm welcome.

Soul Food is our weekly community meal. It is a space for anyone, for people who may be isolated and lonely or simply in need of good food and company. You could help cook, serve, welcome guests, sit and chat, or simply be part of creating a place where people feel seen and valued. If you enjoy practical service and getting to know people, this could be for you.

Aquila supports people recovering from separation, divorce or relationship breakdown in a safe and caring environment. The team helps create a welcoming space where people can talk honestly, find support and begin to move forward with hope. If you’re a good listener and have a heart for people going through difficult seasons, you could have something valuable to offer.

Our schools team helps local children explore Christian faith through assemblies, lessons and other opportunities in school. You might help tell Bible stories, lead activities, answer questions or support the team as they share Jesus in an engaging and age-appropriate way. If you enjoy working with children and communicating faith creatively, we’d love you to get involved.

Alpha creates a relaxed space for people to explore life, faith and Jesus, often over food and conversation. There are lots of ways to help, from welcoming and hospitality to joining a discussion group and helping people feel comfortable asking honest questions. If you enjoy meeting new people and helping others explore faith, Alpha is a brilliant place to serve.

B&A Meals enables churches and community projects to serve people through good-quality hot meals. The team prepares, cooks and coordinates food that can then be shared through local churches and ministries across the city. If you enjoy practical teamwork and want to help make a difference behind the scenes, there’s plenty to get involved with.
