The B&A Meal Pass is an optional add-on for Focus that covers most of your meals for the weekend, making it easier to come even if you have little or no cooking equipment.
-
You’ll need to sort:
Friday lunch
Saturday lunch
Sunday evening meal
Packed-lunch style food works well.
If you’d prefer a completely food-prep-free experience, you’re welcome to use the publicly available food vans on site for these meals.
-
Yes. The Meal Pass is completely optional.
You’re welcome to self-cater or make your own arrangements for food.
-
All washing up related to cooking and serving meals included in the B&A Meal Pass will be handled by the catering team.
Everyone is responsible for washing up their own crockery, cutlery and cups after eating.
We’ll provide washing-up stations on site.
-
The deadline to book a B&A Meal Pass is 30th June.
After this date, we’ll do our best to accommodate late requests, but we can’t guarantee availability, as food is ordered and planned in advance.
-
Yes — up to 30th June you can cancel your Meal Pass and receive a full refund, minus any service or booking fees charged by the ticket handler.
After 30th June, we’re no longer able to offer refunds.
However, you’re welcome to transfer your Meal Pass to someone else if you’re unable to attend.

No. The Meal Pass is designed so you can come to Focus with little to no cooking equipment.
-
Sadly not this year. The Meal Pass is only available as a single package covering the whole event, rather than individual meals.
-
Food is prepared by a team overseen by someone with Food Safety Level 3
We can offer:
Vegetarian
Dairy-free
Gluten-free options
However, we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination
Food is prepared in one kitchen and served buffet-style on a campsite
If you have a serious allergy, the Meal Pass may not be suitable, and we recommend making your own food arrangements. We’re sorry for any disappointment, please do reach out if you would like to discuss further.
-
Food will be served in the B&A Marquee during the stated meal slots.
Final timings will be confirmed closer to Focus, once we have a full view of the programme.
-
If the cost of food would prevent you from coming to Focus, you can apply for support.
This is handled sensitively and confidentially as part of the Focus support process.
