Growing Leaders

Who is this group for

This group is for people who want to grow into leadership at B&A and beyond. The aim is to develop people who can lead ministries within and beyond the local church. You will already be leading or have led a group or something similar at B&A or elsewhere and you’re probably admiring other Christians and thinking to myself ‘When I grow up, I would like to be like them, but I don’t know how I would get there’.

What we do

Twice a year we will take a small cohort of people from within B&A and take them through a 12 week course in leadership. To join this group, you will need to apply in writing to james@babristol.org, explaining why you want to be a part of it and identifying someone (most likely another leader within B&A) who will give a reference for you. We can’t guarantee that you will be accepted at your first application.

When & where

This group will meet weekly, during term-time at 7.30am on Sunday Mornings at B&A Church.
