• Attachment, separation and loss

• The pain and responses of grief

• Anger and guilt

• Coping with others’ reactions

• Delayed and suppressed grief

• Adjusting to change

• Moving forward healthily

• Faith questions – a Christian perspective (optional)

There is a nominal charge of £35 for the course which covers the cost of the manual.  This can be discussed if it is a barrier to participation.
